Choranche

Located in the middle of the Bourne gorges, at the foot of the Coulmes and majestic cirque of the Presles cliffs, the village of Choranche benefits from a microclimate and it gives an unique southern vegetation. Not to be missed : the panoramic nature trail near the entrance to the caves with the lovely petrified waterfalls (tuff formations), the Choranche caves and the picnic area on the banks of the Bourne river.
